Are any purchases final sale?
he only purchases that cannot be returned are cases where the product has been intentionally damaged or destroyed by the customer. In these situations, returns are not accepted.
However, if the customer can provide proof that the product arrived damaged or defective, it is eligible for return. In such cases, the customer may choose between:
- A full refund within the legal timeframe, or
- An exchange for another product of equal value.

At Mama Glow Original, we work with trusted suppliers from all over the world. And we want to be clear: any issue that may arise with our products, we’ll make sure to resolve it, no matter what. If it’s within our reach, we will take care of it.
Our products are manufactured and stored in different warehouses around the globe, which makes delivery easier. As a global store, we have distribution points in specific countries to speed up shipping and ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
At Mama Glow Original, our goal is always to make life easier for our customers. That’s why we offer three shipping options:
- Basic Delivery – €2.90
- Express Delivery – €10.00
- Premium Delivery – €15.00
The Express and Premium options are designed for orders that require faster delivery. On our side, we will always do everything possible to ensure your product arrives as quickly as possible.
Please note, however, that once the order leaves our supplier, delivery times also depend on the local courier companies handling the shipment.
